Grand Entrance Hall

Liongate Manor welcomes guests through its majestic eleven foot hand carved door into a 2 story grand wood carved  walled hall with beamed ceiling and an expansive wood burning fireplace. The grand entrance hall can be used as a reception area to welcome guests and offer a beverage or used as a showcase arena to  sign into the venues events. There is a small romantic balcony extending into the hall where a vocalist or musician can serenade the arriving guests entering below. 

The grand entrance hall has a coat check room that can hang 200 coats and jackets with a check system for large occasions. 

There are two well-appointed powder rooms right as you leave  the grand Entrance hall.

The grand entrance hall leads you directly into the main lounge and either to the bar and dining room or into the gardens .

Dining Room
Elegance and grace best describe the main dining room at Liongate Manor.  Walnut paneled walls, 6 large ceiling to floor arched glass doors leading to the gardens, a large arched picture glass window overlooking the swimming pool and an imposing wood carved and black marble fireplace picture frame the dining room. A ceiling wood soffit with lighting encircles the room allowing for mood altering light settings. The room seating is flexible depending on your occasion and can comfortably sit up to 24 guests. Diversely the room can be used to stage a grand buffet  with guests dinning alfresco in the surrounding garden patios. Whether winter with a roaring fire or summer with all doors open the dining room is a central inviting experience.

Kitchen

Liongate Manor’s main kitchen is an expansive area where several chefs, sous chefs and assistants can all work comfortably together. It boasts 3 separate island work stations and  surround wall counters, 2 main ranges with 6 burners and 2 ovens each. In addition there are 6 warming ovens, 2 micro waves, 4 sets of sinks and 3 dishwashers. There is one full size refrigerator that can be used for catering produce. There is an attached restroom with shower available to catering staff and “cubbies” with keys to place personal valuables. There is an adjacent laundry room and janitor/broom closets. In addition there is an outdoor covered patio prep station with double sinks and counters for either additional food prep or can be used by a florist.
 
The Mediterranean tiled kitchen is as beautiful to view as it is practical to work in. Aside from its functionalities as a hard working catering kitchen it can also be a spot lighted on its own as featured on a televised cooking show. When featuring live cooking classes with a renowned chef there  is an enchanting small Italian themed dining room attached to the kitchen which can be used in conjunction with  the classes. Of course Liongate’s main dining room is lovely to taste ones repast. 

Pool & Poolside Patio

Perfect for a festive swim party Liongate Manor boasts a large 20 x 42 ‘ Mediterranean hand painted tiled swimming pool. Surrounding the pool on the north side are eight large sun beds, on the east side a picturesque  Bistro dining area with tables, chairs and umbrellas,  a  pool bar area with large catering refrigerator, ice machine, sink and service  work counters. Surrounding the pool on the south side facing the main gardens is a large expansive walkway with cushioned park benches and cocktail tables. On the east side of pool is a raised brick gallery overlooking the pool. This gallery houses a second matching bistro dining area with tables, chairs, umbrellas and cushioned benches. 

Additionally there is a BBQ cooking area adjacent to the pool and large counters for al fresco buffet food service.

There is poolside restroom with shower and changing area. 

The Mediterranean pool is a beautiful decorative backdrop for any and all events imagined in the gardens at Liongate.  For evening functions the lights radiating from  the pool enhance the magic of the moment. Gorgeous flowers, ice carvings or illuminating floating colored lights in the pool further enhance your desired magic. 

Bar

The Liongate bar is a warm jovial affair with 18 bar seats of carved wood and black leather, marble counters, a wood beamed ceiling all lit by a large  crystal chandelier. It has two large refrigerators, ice machine, sink , espresso machines and can hold a keg of beer. It can support  two bar tenders for large functions. The bar is central to both the main lounge and dining room.
